GoKong Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the GoKong online slot game. By accessing or playing GoKong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions. These casino terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and the operator of this game.

Eligibility and Player Requirements

To participate in GoKong, you must meet specific eligibility criteria. Players must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal gambling age as prescribed by the jurisdiction in which they reside, whichever is greater. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in GoKong complies with all applicable laws in your location.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account details or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. The operator reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may suspend your account until verification is completed.

Players from restricted jurisdictions are not permitted to access GoKong. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before playing.

Game Rules and Mechanics

GoKong operates as a video slot game with specific technical parameters that determine gameplay outcomes. All game results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party organisations to maintain integrity.

The theoretical RTP represents the percentage of total bets that the game is designed to return to players over an extended period. Individual session results will vary significantly from this theoretical value. Volatility indicates the risk level and frequency of wins, with medium-high volatility meaning less frequent but potentially larger wins.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game disruption, all affected bets and payouts will be void. The operator will make reasonable efforts to restore game functionality and may offer compensation at its sole discretion.

Betting and Payout Procedures

All bets placed on GoKong are final once the spin button is activated. You cannot cancel or modify a bet once it has been accepted by the game system. Your account balance must contain sufficient funds to cover the selected bet amount before initiating a spin.

Winnings are calculated according to the paytable displayed within the game interface. The paytable outlines all symbol combinations and their corresponding payout values. All wins are added to your account balance immediately upon completion of the spin.

If your connection is interrupted during gameplay, the game state is preserved on the server. Upon reconnection, you will return to the exact point where the disconnection occurred, and any completed spins will have their results automatically applied to your balance.

Maximum win limits apply per single spin. Any winnings exceeding the maximum win amount specified in the game parameters will be reduced to the maximum allowable payout.

Account and Responsible Gambling

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The operator maintains detailed records of all gameplay, including bet amounts, win amounts, timestamps, and game rounds. These records are retained for the period required by applicable regulations and serve as the definitive record in any dispute.

The operator provides responsible gambling tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. You can access these features through your account settings at any time.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit problematic gambling behaviour or violate these GoKong casino terms and conditions. This includes attempts to manipulate the game, use of automated betting systems, collusion with other players, or engagement in fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property and Data Protection

All content within GoKong, including graphics, animations, sound effects, software code, and game design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play GoKong for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any component of GoKong. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the game software is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of GoKong intellectual property may result in legal action.

The operator collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the published privacy policy. This data includes account information, transaction history, gameplay statistics, and device information. Your data is used to provide game services, comply with regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and improve user experience.

You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. These rights are subject to legal and regulatory requirements that may necessitate data retention for specific periods.

These casino terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, game features, or operational procedures. Continued use of GoKong following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The operator will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through account notifications or website announcements.
